I founded RISE Society because I believe authentic relationships are far more valuable than transactional networking.

My vision was to create a community where women could learn from one another, support each other's growth, and build genuine relationships that extend far beyond our meetings. Every gathering is intentionally designed to provide meaningful education, authentic connection, and opportunities to grow—both personally and professionally.

Beyond RISE Society, I'm an entrepreneur, speaker, inventor, and founder of The Small Elephant™. I'm also the inventor of the patent-pending Luma Timer™, a product designed to help neurodivergent families navigate transitions with ease. Whether I'm building products, communities, or new ideas, my work is rooted in creating practical solutions that help people feel more supported, connected, and empowered.

My hope is that every woman who walks through the doors of RISE feels welcomed, encouraged, and inspired—not only to grow her business, but to build lasting friendships, celebrate the success of others, and discover that we truly rise higher when we rise together.
